Badminton Short History

BADMINTON has been created way back when; a sort of sport performed in antique Greece and Egypt. It has been told that Badminton came up from a kid's game named battledore and shuttlecock, in that a couple of participants struck a bird shuttlecock in between the two with little rackets. The sport had been identified as "POONA" in India throughout the eighteenth Century, and United kingdom Army Officers stationed there had taken the Indian model returning to Britain in the second part of the 19th Century.
